What is Woodward Big Deals?
Simply put, the Big Deals Online store is a way for you to save money on items or services you buy retail all the time. But you won't pay retail with The Big Deals site. We offer goods and services from local businesses at a deep discount to you, typically 15-30%. All you have to do is buy a merchandise or service certificate through the Big Deals site and save, save, save!
I am a Retailer or Service Provider; How Can Woodward Big Deals Benefit My Business?
Woodward Radio Big Deals is an opportunity for local retailers and service providers to affordably advertise their business, paid for in part, with gift certificates or gift cards for their business! Woodward Radio sells these gift certificates or gift cards at a discount to their Big Deals customers.
How do I Make a Purchase?

Your order will then be mailed to you, so just sit back and enjoy the savings -- it's that simple!
Is It Safe?
We use a secure server and encryption software to keep your credit card information secure. We will not give or sell your personal information to third parties. No selling lists. No spam. We may from time to time send you information about the Big Deals store specials or alert you to special offers. But if you don't want these updates, simply let us know and we'll take you off our email list.
What Happens After I Make a Purchase?
We typically mail all orders via USPS within 3 -7 business days following your online transaction. This process may take longer during high-volume order periods. Thank you for your patience. If you do not receive your order within 2-3 weeks, please contact us. Orders are not available for pick up.
Is there a Return Policy?
All sales on the Big Deals Online store are final. We do not make refunds on orders after payment for your certificates are made. Once a credit card transaction is completed online, there will be no refunds. Woodward Community Media is not responsible for circumstances out of their control, including, but not limited to, interruption or closure of businesses, resulting in the inability to redeem certificates purchased through Woodward Big Deals.
Do the Certificates Expire?
There are no expiration dates on our Big Deals certificates unless otherwise noted, but we do ask they be used within 1 year of purchase.
What if I Lose My Certificate?
Paper Certificates will not be reissued for any reason. A Digital Certificate may be reissued upon request if has not been redeemed. Redeemed digital certificates will not be reissued for any reason.
What If I Forget my Password?
If your email address is on file you can have your password emailed to you by using the password assistance tool.
