What is Woodward Big Deals?
Simply put, the Big Deals Online store is a way for you to save money on items or services you buy retail all the time. But you won't pay retail with The Big Deals site. We offer goods and services from local businesses at a deep discount to you, typically 15-30%. All you have to do is buy a merchandise or service certificate through the Big Deals site and save, save, save!
How do I Make a Purchase?
You can order items online at https://woodward.bigdealsmedia.net/, If you have any questions about ordering, feel free to call us at (920) 734-9226 Monday-Friday, 8am-1pm Central, or email us at bigdeals@wcinet.com. Your order will then be processed and mailed to you for a fee of $2.85, so just sit back and enjoy the savings -- it's that simple!
Is It Safe?
We use a secure server and encryption software to keep your credit card information secure. We will not give or sell your personal information to third parties. No selling lists. No spam. We may from time to time send you information about the Big Deals store specials or alert you to special offers. But if you don't want these updates, simply let us know and we'll take you off our email list.
What Happens After I Make a Purchase?
We typically process and mail all orders via USPS within 3 -7 business days following your online transaction. This process may take longer during high-volume order periods. Thank you for your patience. A mailing and handling service fee of $2.85 is applied to each order. If you do not receive your order within 2-3 weeks, please contact us. Orders are not available for pick up. Large orders may be mailed in multiple envelopes for USPS First Class or USPS Ground Advantage deliverability.
Is there a Return Policy?
All sales on the Big Deals Online store are final. We do not offer refunds on orders after payment is made. Once a credit card transaction is completed online, there will be no refunds. Woodward Community Media is not responsible for circumstances out of their control, including, but not limited to, interruption or closure of businesses, resulting in the inability to redeem certificates purchased through Woodward Big Deals. While Supplies Last. Inventory is not guaranteed.
Do the Certificates Expire?
Big Deals certificates must be redeemed within 1 year of purchase. Any and all restrictions on the purchase and/or redemption of Big Deals gift certificates are at the sole discretion of that business.
What if I Lose My Certificate?
Paper Certificates will not be reissued for any reason.
What If I Forget my Password?
If your email address is on file you can have your password emailed to you by using the password assistance tool.
